These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the Dear Humans Publisher application and of the website at dearhumansk7.com (together, the "Service"), both operated by Gerard Sala Ripoll, an individual established in Spain ("the Operator", "we", "us").
By accessing this website or by using the Dear Humans Publisher application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use the Service.
Dear Humans Publisher is a single-operator automation tool. It assembles short-form videos that are the original work of the Operator and publishes them to the Operator's own Dear Humans accounts on TikTok, YouTube and Instagram.
The application is not offered as a product or service to the public. It provides no sign-up, no user accounts and no interface for third parties, and it never accesses any social media account other than those belonging to the Operator. The website is an informational page presenting the channel and its published videos.
This website is intended for a general audience aged 13 or over. The application is operated exclusively by the Operator, who is of legal age and solely responsible for the accounts it is authorised to publish to.
The application connects to TikTok, YouTube and Instagram through each platform's official OAuth authorisation flow, requesting only the scopes strictly necessary to publish the Operator's own videos. The Operator is responsible for safeguarding the resulting credentials and may revoke them at any moment through the platform's own settings, as described in section 9 of the Privacy Policy. Revocation takes effect immediately and stops all publishing.

The Operator uses the official APIs of TikTok, YouTube and Instagram and undertakes to comply at all times with the terms, developer policies and community guidelines of each platform, including the TikTok Terms of Service, the TikTok Developer Terms of Service and the TikTok Community Guidelines.
All content published through the application is original, is reviewed for compliance with those guidelines, and is posted only to accounts owned by the Operator. The application does not engage in spam, artificial engagement, bulk or duplicate posting to accounts belonging to other people, or any other behaviour prohibited by those policies. Use of each platform is additionally subject to that platform's own terms, which prevail in the event of any conflict with these Terms.
The Service, the website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. The videos are editorial commentary and do not constitute financial, legal, medical or professional advice of any kind. No guarantee is given that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by Spanish law, the Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, nor for any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising out of the use of or inability to use the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including the statutory rights of consumers.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Operator against any claim, loss or expense arising from your breach of these Terms or from your unlawful use of the Service.
The Operator may modify, suspend or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, and may remove any published content, at any time and without prior notice. Access to this website may be withdrawn from any person who breaches these Terms.
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising from them shall be submitted to the competent courts of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory right a consumer may have to bring proceedings before the courts of their own place of residence.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page is updated whenever that happens, and the current version is always published at this URL. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
